If you are using a Cogeco email to communicate with us via the private messaging portal or standard email, please be advised that the Cogeco ISP is blocking some emails from our domain.
For example, if your email is firstname.lastname@example.org, you will not receive any emails from palladiumsecurity.ca. We have contacted cogeco and the isp and are waiting for them to update their system.
Please use a hotmail, gmail or another email with a non Cogeco domain in the email address.
We are working to get this resolved.
